Who we are

A Delhi software company — not a pitch deck that disappears

We are Sanjal Enterprises Private Limited: an enterprise technology partner for teams that need products they can run, and judgment they can call when the integration gets hard. We are not an NGO, medical society, or conference organizer — when those names appear in our public work, we are the software partner behind the digital property.

Day to day that means three connected lines of work: the AI Suite (foundation services and purpose-built agents), vertical SaaS across education, healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing and more, and consulting for architecture, AI readiness, modernization, and build-vs-buy decisions.

Security practices are designed around ISO/IEC 27001 principles and India’s DPDP Act. Formal ISO 27001 certification is a readiness roadmap item — not a claim we make today.

The problem we kept seeing

Operations that never quite connect

A school runs admissions in one tool, fees in another, and parent questions in a third inbox. A hospital keeps the ward chart on one system and billing on another. A conference team rebuilds the same website every year under a new deadline.

The pattern is familiar: capable people compensating for fragmented systems. Spreadsheets become the real source of truth. AI arrives as a pilot with no audit trail. Vendors hand over a go-live checklist and vanish when the hard questions start.

End users feel the drag every day. Business buyers feel the risk — budget spent, still no shared picture of how work actually moves. That is the gap Sanjal Enterprises was built to close: software that carries the load, and architects who stay when the slide deck is over.

What we believe

Clarity should compound. Architects should stay.

We believe enterprise software earns its place when it reduces reconciliation — when one record serves the desk, the dashboard, and the agent that answers the next question. AI belongs inside that same governed boundary: routed, observed, accountable — not bolted on as a demo.

And we believe the relationship after launch matters as much as the product. Institutions and teams need people who will still pick up the phone when the integration breaks at month three.

Build products that carry the load. Keep architects in the room after the contract is signed.

What we build

Three lines of work, one platform mindset

Roughly 70% of our energy goes into owned products and the AI Suite underneath them. The rest is consulting — so buyers are not forced to choose between a catalog and a custom path.

AI Suite

A governed foundation — Enterprise AI Gateway, Agentic Orchestration, RAG & Knowledge Retrieval, AI Governance & Observability, LLMOps, and Sovereign / Private AI Deployment — plus application agents teams actually use: chatbots, document intelligence, sales copilots, compliance co-pilots, and more.

Vertical SaaS

Industry products for education, healthcare, business operations, BFSI, manufacturing, retail, logistics, real estate, hospitality, GovTech, legal & NGO, and energy & agri — designed so day-to-day work shares one platform, identity layer, and governed AI substrate.

Digital transformation consulting

Fractional technical architecture, AI strategy & readiness, enterprise architecture review, legacy modernization, technology due diligence, and build-vs-buy / vendor evaluation — advisory that is deliberately a minority of our business so recommendations are not structured only to justify a product sale.

Outcome-first industry bundles live on Solutions. Infrastructure that sits under the Suite — private hosting, containers, data foundations, DevSecOps — is covered on Platform.

How we work

Mostly product. Always architecture.

Whether you start from a catalog SKU or an open constraint, the same discipline applies: define the decision, assess the current state, advise with a path you can defend, and support the people who have to live with the result.

  1. 01

    Scope

A short discovery conversation names the decision, risk, or operational gap — and the right engagement shape for it.

  2. 02

    Assess

We review systems, documentation, and stakeholder input against that scope — not against a generic maturity slide.

  3. 03

    Advise

Findings, options, and a recommended path land in a structured document and a working session with the people accountable.

  4. 04

    Support

For product rollouts and fractional or sprint engagements, architects stay available through the first hard implementation decisions.

For institutions & teams

Vertical products designed so day-to-day work shares one platform and governed AI substrate. You get outcomes you can run: fewer handoffs, clearer records, tools your staff will actually open.

For business buyers

A clear commercial shape: products you can evaluate, plus advisory when the shelf does not cover the constraint. Security practices align to DPDP and ISO/IEC 27001 principles; formal certification remains a roadmap item, not a badge we print today.

Who we serve

Institutions and enterprise teams with real operating weight

We work with schools and hospitals, BFSI and manufacturing teams, retail and logistics operators, real-estate and hospitality groups, and public-sector programmes — plus societies and organizers who need conference and membership platforms we can stand behind in public.

Sector pages start from the operating problem, then map AI Suite agents, products, and consulting — see the full solutions hub.

Work you can verify

Public digital craft, told carefully

We do not invent client counts, impact numbers, or quotes. Where our name appears on a live site, that is the proof we will stand behind. Sanjal Enterprises is the technology partner — not the NGO, medical society, or event organizer.

Charitable society

Bal Jyoti Yuva Manch

A Delhi registered society’s public website — footer credit: Designed by Sanjal Enterprises Private Limited. We are the technology partner; we do not run BJYM programmes or publish charity metrics.

Medical society & conference

IHRS & IHRSCON

Digital presence for the Indian Heart Rhythm Society and conference properties such as IHRSCON — public sites where SEPL / Sanjal is credited as the software partner, not the organizer.

Conference platform

CSICON 2025 Delhi

Digital property and related event tooling for the 77th Annual Conference of CSI in New Delhi — another public engagement where we appear as the software partner behind the platform.

More public credit

Case studies & customers

Additional engagement overviews and published client feedback live on our case studies and customers pages. Metrics stay unpublished until authorized.

Leadership

Architecture with a paper trail

Our practice is led by a Technical Architect with 12+ years designing and reviewing enterprise systems, holding M.Eng, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, IIT Kanpur. Sector exposure spans banking, insurance and healthcare technology — the regulatory, data-sensitive environments where shortcuts show up later as risk.

That background shapes how we write products and how we advise: start from the operating reality, keep governance visible, and stay accountable after go-live.

How we show up

Values we can keep under pressure

  • Say only what we can evidence

No inflated client counts, no invented quotes, no borrowed awards. If it is not authorized or verifiable, it does not ship.

  • Govern before you accelerate

AI and automation move faster when policy, audit, and data residency are designed in — not patched on after a scare.

  • Stay after the launch

Products and advisory are built for the months after go-live: integrations, edge cases, and the people who run the system every morning.

  • One platform, many verticals

Adding a line of business should feel like extending a foundation — not starting a new vendor relationship from zero.

Next step

If this story matches the weight you carry, let’s build.

See a product in your context, or talk through architecture with someone who has lived regulated systems — not a pitch that ends when the meeting does.
