Consulting — 30% of what we do

Independent technical judgment, not a pretext to sell a platform.

Sanjal Enterprises consulting in New Delhi is deliberately a minority of our business — roughly 30% alongside the AI Suite — so architecture and vendor recommendations are not structured to justify a product sale.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Every service above is delivered through one or more of these models, matched to how urgently and how continuously you need architectural input.

Delivery process

The same four steps, every engagement

01

Scope

A short discovery conversation defines the specific decision, risk or gap the engagement needs to address, and the right engagement model for it.

02

Assess

The architect reviews current-state documentation, systems and stakeholder input against the defined scope.

03

Advise

Findings, options and a recommended path are delivered in a structured document and a working session with stakeholders.

04

Support

For fractional and sprint engagements, the architect remains available through initial implementation decisions to keep the recommendation grounded in what actually happens during execution.

Who leads it

The architect behind the advisory practice

Fractional Technical Architect

12+ years in enterprise technical architecture · MEng, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning — Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur

Banking Insurance Healthcare

Our fractional architecture practice is led by a technical architect with more than twelve years designing and reviewing enterprise systems, holding an MEng in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from IIT Kanpur. Direct sector experience spans banking, insurance and healthcare — architecting for regulatory constraints, data sensitivity and system-of-record integration that those industries require. Prior engagements were delivered under previous employment and are not represented here as Sanjal Enterprises client work.

Additional named credentials and prior-engagement detail are withheld pending written authorization from the relevant parties, consistent with our integrity policy.

Start with a scoping conversation

Most engagements begin with a short call to confirm the problem, the right engagement model, and whether consulting is even the right starting point versus a product-led rollout.
