1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sanjalenterprises.com or engaging Sanjal Enterprises Private Limited ("Sanjal Enterprises", "we", "us") for SaaS or consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services Described
We offer (a) SaaS products under Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans, and (b) consulting/engineering engagements under Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, Managed Retainer, or Staff Augmentation models, as described on our Pricing page. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are governed by a separate signed proposal, order form, or statement of work ("SOW"), which takes precedence over this general policy in case of conflict.
3. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information through our forms, or using automated tools to scrape or abuse our contact/lead forms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, and code) is owned by or licensed to Sanjal Enterprises Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission, except as necessary to browse the site normally. Ownership of deliverables created under a specific SOW is governed by that SOW.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees for SaaS plans and consulting engagements are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before work begins or a subscription starts. No pricing on this website constitutes a binding offer until confirmed via a signed order form, invoice, or SOW.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement, except as required by law.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on a professional, commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Except as expressly stated in a signed SOW, services and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanjal Enterprises Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement per the notice terms specified in the applicable SOW or subscription agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to termination (e.g. payment for work completed).
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
